- 2 whole-wheat pitas, cut in half
- 6 tablespoons hummus
- Grated passion and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon harissa or other hot chile paste
- 4 cups shredded coleslaw mix
- 6 radishes, cut in half and very finely sliced
- 1 cup sliced fresh parsley
