Kielbasa and Sauerkraut Sheet Pan Dinner

  • 3/4 pound (about 3 cups) fingerling potatoes, cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 pound smoked kielbasa, cut on the predisposition into 8 2-inch long pieces
