Light Zucchini Appetizer

Enjoy an extremely light zucchini appetiser with feta cheese and cherry tomato.


  • 3 zucchini
  • 4 tablespoon feta cheese
  • Cherry tomato and fresh dill for garnish
  • 1 glove garlic
  • 1/4 tsp fresh thyme


  1. boil zucchini in boiling water flavoured with thyme, garlic and salt for 10 minutes.
  2. let them cool.
  3. divide zucchini into 2 lengthwise and scope out the seeds of each zucchini half with a spoon.
  4. season it with a bit of salt and fresh pepper.
  5. fill each half with feta cheese then include a couple of drops of olive oil.
  6. garnish each half with fresh dill and fresh cherry tomato.
